70 years of success

Welcome to the Hotel Hirt, a success story that has been continuing for 70 years in the third generation. Our story began modestly when Annemarie and Ernst Hirt opened a small café on the outskirts of Deißlingen in February 1957. What started out as a modest beginning has developed over the decades into an established hotel that offers its guests far more than just comfortable rooms.

Our vision was clear from the beginning

We want to make our guests' stay in our region as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, with your family or on business - we always have an open ear for your wishes and needs.

A family, a café and the start of a tradition

The history of our hotel is characterized by change and continuous development.
In 1994, Jürgen Hirt and his wife Gisela continued the family tradition by opening a cosy hotel with 18 rooms right next to the café. This was the next step on our way to today’s Hotel Hirt.

Continuous evolution under the leadership of Ms. Annemarie Hirt

Under the management of Mrs. Annemarie Hirt, the café was structurally connected to the hotel in 1994, creating the Hotel Hirt in its former form with 36 rooms. But even after this expansion, we continued to uphold our claim to offer our guests the highest level of comfort, quality and service. This led to continuous extensions, conversions and renovations in order to meet the increasing demands of our guests, some of whom are international.

Excellence in comfort and cuisine

Since 2016, we have been proud to be a 3-star superior hotel with 41 rooms, meeting rooms and a great restaurant. Here, up to 200 guests could enjoy culinary delights and the highest level of comfort. Our reputation was built on our commitment to excellent food, first-class comfort, outstanding value for money and a customer focus that was well above average.
